What's the Secret of Oy to Joy? [Soul Tips]

Greetings & Blessings My Friend!  There’s a game my little grandson Tuvya loves to play. It goes like this: I hug him really close and kiss him a gazillion times. Then with my hands underneath him, fully supporting him, I pretend to drop him. Oh, does he giggle! He loves it. Then, up for a big hug and more kisses… And then – whoops! Down he goes with more giggles. Then up again for more kisses. Have you ever played this game with a toddler?   Why do they love this game so much? Shabbat Chazon - The Sabbath of Vision Before Tisha B'Av

Greetings & Blessings! Have you ever had a goal, maybe a project or a change you wanted to make, that seems endlessly beyond reach? You work on it and work on it. You think you’re getting closer. Do you know why G-d even created this world? To build a home here – and now it's smashed in ruins!Have you ever wondered why the chassan, (groom) smashes the glass at the end of the Jewish wedding ceremony? As our holy sages teach us, even in the midst of our greatest...

Moshiach Seudah - The Feast of Liberation

Greetings & Blessings! This morning, just before I woke up I had a wonderful dream that I wanted to share with you. I dreamed that it was the last day of Passover. We were sitting down at the last meal, the special Feast of Moshiach (the Jewish leader who will redeem Israel in the End of Days), eating matzah, drinking the four cups of wine, telling stories and singing. Suddenly, we heard the great shofar that signals the arrival of Moshiach! We ran out to the street - everyone ran out of their homes - and that's when I woke up. It felt like a true dream - you know, the kind that will really happen - may it be so! Moshiach's Seudah...
